1. Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Smoke Spot governing your use of our mobile application and services.
2. Eligibility
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO USE THIS SERVICE.
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You can legally use cannabis in your jurisdiction
- You have capacity to enter a binding contract
- All information you provide is accurate
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Buy, sell, or facilitate cannabis transactions
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass or threaten other users
- Post false or harmful content
- Impersonate others
- Interfere with the service
4. Cannabis Disclaimers
CANNABIS REMAINS FEDERALLY ILLEGAL IN THE UNITED STATES. WE DO NOT ENCOURAGE VIOLATION OF ANY LAWS.

5. Assumption of Risk
YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
You assume all risks associated with cannabis use, information from other users, and meetings with other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to class action lawsuits.
